Homemade summer crumble

Hi guys!

I’ve just created a recipe of happiness and I’d like to share it with you! It’s a homemade blackberries and bananas crumble (granola like). I tried to make it the healthiest as I can. Maybe you can try with a little bit less sugar if you want to. 

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 300 g blackberries
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 banana and a half
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon almond powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk


  • preheat the oven to 200°C
  • mix and fry the ingredients in a frying pan this way: butter + rolled oats + honey + almond powder + almond milk + brown sugar (cooking time 10 min)
  • cut the bananas into small pieces
  • arrange the fruit in a baking dish (blackberries + bananas)
  • spread the cooked preparation with oats above the fruit
  • bake it for 15 min

Hot or cold, it’s sooooo good!
