I’ve just created a recipe of happiness and I’d like to share it with you! It’s a homemade blackberries and bananas crumble (granola like). I tried to make it the healthiest as I can. Maybe you can try with a little bit less sugar if you want to.
Ingredients (4 people):
- 150 g rolled oats
- 300 g blackberries
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 banana and a half
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon almond powder
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
Preparation:
- preheat the oven to 200°C
- mix and fry the ingredients in a frying pan this way: butter + rolled oats + honey + almond powder + almond milk + brown sugar (cooking time 10 min)
- cut the bananas into small pieces
- arrange the fruit in a baking dish (blackberries + bananas)
- spread the cooked preparation with oats above the fruit
- bake it for 15 min
Hot or cold, it’s sooooo good!
